With over 15 years of experience in journalism across mediums, Janani has covered arts, health, and social issues. A retro Hindi music fan and a movie buff, she devours books by Indian writers. She is a Senior manager, MarCom, Avtar. We know diversity, equity, and inclusion as Western concepts. However, Rajesh Kamath, co-founder and director, Chanakya Consulting Insights, and Co-founder Chiranjeev Gurukul, traces DEI to India’s ethos.
