T&D), HR Technology, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Employee Engagement & Event Management and Employee Grievance Redressal.

Swapnalekha’s last corporate assignment was as Country Head – Human Resources for SAS India.  She has authored a textbook Human Resource Management – Text & Cases prescribed in several universities as Reference reading for post graduate management students and now in its second edition. She founded a non-profit Computer Shiksha aiming to bridge the digital divide. It currently enrolls 100,000+ students in 16 states in the country. She found a for profit social enterprise HCS Wellness in 2015 which services large marquee organizations running programmes to encourage their people to lead healthy lives.

A Consultant and Facilitator, wherein the objective is to apply the principles of Kautilya Arthashastra and other Bharatiya shastras, with 5 years of experience in Human resources in the domain of Talent acquisition and retention, Employee Engagement, Grievances Redressal, and HR Operations, Upasana is currently working as a consultant in Change Management & Organisational culture. She has worked in the Real Estate and Education Sectors. Her focus has always been on enhancing workforce productivity by creating a favorable organizational culture to perform and learn. And also on building a thriving culture that enables individuals to find purpose in their work. She completed her Bharatnatyam Visharad in 2010. She is passionately working on spreading the joy of Dance and Important of Grace and Flow in our daily lives.
